  • All classes and sessions are booked through Calendly at calendly.com/abyogawellness-info. First-time clients will receive a waiver and any relevant intake forms by email after booking.

  • Any Body Yoga and Wellness is located at 84 Stow Road, Harvard, MA 01451. The studio is on the second floor of a private home. Detailed directions and parking information are sent to all in-person clients before their first visit.

  • Yes. All classes and private sessions are available via Zoom as well as in person. Online clients receive a Zoom link with their booking confirmation.

  • Come as you are. Classes are small, unhurried, and designed for real bodies at every level of experience. There is no performance required. Props are provided and encouraged. If you're joining online, a stable internet connection and enough space to lie down comfortably is all you need.

  • TRE®, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, is a somatic practice developed by Dr. David Berceli that activates the body's natural tremoring mechanism to release chronic stress and tension held in the muscles and nervous system. The tremors are gentle, involuntary, and deeply restorative. TRE® works at the level of the body rather than through verbal processing, making it particularly effective for people who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy. Sessions are available individually and in small groups.

  • Neurogenic Yoga™ integrates TRE® principles with yoga postures and breathwork to create a practice that prepares the body for natural tremoring and nervous system release. It is suitable for all people, including those who already have a yoga practice, who have some experience with TRE®, or who simply want a more movement-based approach to somatic healing.

  • TRE® is a standalone somatic practice focused specifically on activating the body's natural tremoring mechanism through a sequence of 7 simple exercises. The exercises are the same every time you practice TRE®. Neurogenic Yoga™ prepares the body for tremoring and nervous system release through a gentle, nourishing yoga class. A Neurogenic Yoga™ class does not follow a set sequence every time except for the final tremoring experience, which is the same as TRE®. Both are available as private sessions and in small groups.

  • The Buteyko Breathing Method was developed by Ukrainian physician Dr. Konstantin Buteyko that addresses dysfunctional breathing patterns, particularly over-breathing and mouth breathing, which are linked to anxiety, poor sleep, asthma, and a range of other health issues. The Oxygen Advantage program, developed by Patrick McKeown, builds on Buteyko principles with a focus on athletic performance and nervous system regulation. Sessions are available individually and are suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Most yoga classes in the West focus primarily on physical postures. Any Body Yoga and Wellness is grounded in the philosophical tradition of yoga, a system designed to reduce suffering and support the liberation of the nervous system from chronic patterns of stress and reactivity. The postures are a doorway, not the destination. TRE®, Neurogenic Yoga™, and Buteyko work alongside the yoga practice to support genuine nervous system healing rather than physical performance.

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move freely in. Layers are useful if you tend to run cold during rest and integration at the end of class. No special equipment is needed. Props are provided for in-person classes.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible and I will credit you another session. No-shows without notice forfeit the session, except in the case of accident, illness, or injury. Life happens. Just communicate, and we'll work it out.

  • Yoga, TRE®, Neurogenic Yoga™, and Buteyko sessions are not currently covered by insurance and are offered on a private pay basis. Group yoga classes are $10 per session. Private session and individual modality pricing is available on the Classes & Services page.

  • Most likely, yes, depending on the injury. Any Body Yoga and Wellness is explicitly designed for bodies that don't fit the standard yoga mold. Please mention any injuries, limitations, or health considerations when you book, and sessions will be adapted accordingly.
